We’ll start with a warm-up to get comfortable in our own skin, explore sensual movement, and then learn 3–4 eight-counts of playful, simple Burlesque 101 choreography. Turn up the energy with this New Orleans original! We’ll kick things off with a cardio-inspired warm-up, loosen up the hips and glutes, and finish by learning basic bounce and booty movements straight from the birthplace of Bounce. High-energy, fun, and guaranteed to make you sweat with a smile.
